This is not a remote role and does require someone that can easily
come into the office in New York City on a regular basis.
About the role
The Operations Mobilization Lead is responsible for integrating the
client's Corporate Services ranging from onsite food outlets to
executive dining, conferencing, fitness and wellbeing programs,
daycare, switchboard, visitor management, reception services, and
general office management. We champion engagement and commitment
with the programs we develop by aligning employees and personal
goals with corporate purpose and by applying design thinking to the
employee experience.
This role is a platform for an experienced project program manager
to directly impact our client's employee and guest services
experience. The role is an integral part of leading operations
mobilization for two very large projects within the Americas
regions for our client. We will focus on leading with innovation
and next generation programs. Key themes of responsibilities and
project outcomes must include enabling the firm to be more
efficient and productive, commercials/return on investment, risk
management, and innovation/cutting edge principles, to achieve the
best-in-class workplace experience.

Equal Pay Disclaimer:
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Operations Mobilization Lead
position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the
Operations Mobilization Lead position is $180,000 annually. The
compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend
on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary
bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
