We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Specialist to prospect clients for a law firm and become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to Law Firm business needs. The ideal candidate thrives on connecting with people and helping others in need of legal services. You will work a few days in the office and a few days from home.

Responsibilities

• Excellent Phone Skills to speak with prospective clients
• Market and Develop new business for the firm
• Obtain the facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Record and store client information
• Scheduling Appointments
• Manage mail and deliveries
• Oversee the intake process
• Follow up with potential clients
• Assist with invoicing
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  • Previous background in developing new business
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Must have Excel experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Marketing skills are a plus
    
    Compensation
    
    $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
