We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, responding to customer inquiries, and providing support for both hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service.


Responsibilities:


* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

* Install and configure computer systems and networks.

* Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person.

* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

* Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

* Provide training to users on new systems and software.



Skills:


* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications, including Active Directory and Office 365.

* Desktop support experience, Windows 10, Mac OS

* Configurating and Maintaining Office 365

* Experience with supporting / configuring servers VMware / Hyper-V.

* Familiarity with network infrastructure / routers and troubleshooting tools.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Experience documenting technical procedures and creating knowledge base articles.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $60,849.00 - $67,126.00 per year
