As a GRC Analyst Team Lead, you will play a critical role in helping to drive value, educate and provide guidance for our Secure customers on the details of security and governance within their Salesforce ecosystem to help them enhance their security posture.Your Day-to-Day RoleServe on the Security and Governance Team as a data governance and compliance expert to support the delivery of Customer engagementsMaintain up-to-date expertise on privacy policy impacts to both our Customers and the engagements we performConsult with our customers to determine compliance needs, analyze internal Infosec policies and classify/validate their Salesforce dataPrepare, present and support the communication of risk findings to CustomersGather customer feedback and team insights to design new customer experiences, implement new elements of the customer engagements and develop new deliverables to drive value for our customersServe as a mentor and lead the onboarding program for new GRC AnalystsDevelop and oversee ongoing training and development for the GRC Analyst roleYour Work Experience2+ years of leadership or management experience5+ years experience with legal and regulatory compliance standards (e.g. PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, FINRA, GDPR, CCPA, SOX, etc.)5+ years experience managing or coordinating multiple resources and projects at one timeProven effective communication with people at all levels within an organizationExcellent written and oral communication skillsPrior leadership and mentoring experiencePrior experience in consulting, business operations or as a compliance analystSalesforce Administrative experienceImportant DetailsThis is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business.
