Paraprofessional (Instructional Paraprofessional or 1:1 Aide w/TV production skills)Immediate OpeningsFull or Part-timeWork collaboratively under the direction of a certified teacher to assist students (Preschool-Middle School) in daily classroom activities, help with individual needs, and care for their physical, social/emotional health and safety, affirming their abilities and striving to promote dignity in all relationships. Assist studio staff in all TV and media production areas, including filming, sound recording, and editing. Work independently during all phases of production. The candidate should be able to manage a project from start to finish. Skills such as digital camera operation, proficiency in Adobe Premiere, and knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects are helpful. The ability to support student learning through hands-on learning techniques is essential. Communicating clearly and efficiently is very important. Willingness to differentiate the communication and instruction for each learner is part of the responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Possess a High School diploma and/or college-level coursework in an education program or related field preferred
• Successful experience working with children on the autism spectrum
• Knowledge of ABA preferred, not required
• All candidates must complete a criminal history check and provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
