Job Description:

In order to strengthen our Ferrari North American team, we are looking for an CRM Analyst , at our Ferrari North America (FNA) office in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of multi-channel customer journeys across various client life stages (e.g., prospect, new owner, repeat owner, mid-ownership period, and end of term). Responsibilities included setting overall program management, campaign execution, reporting and coordination with all departments, IT partners and marketing agencies.
Coordination, management, and tracking of the dealer's CRM initiatives, ensuring compliance with company objectives through tracking and monitor performance on KPI's . Manage dealer CRM engagement to ensure that dealers are:
o well and continually trained on Ferrari's CRM platform,
o their adoption and usage is aligned with company expectations
o monitor and track CRM-level KPIs, providing feedback on performance to ensure satisfactory performance across the North American retain network.
Manage multiple CRM marketing agencies. Provide business leadership and strategic direction to guide agencies to collaborate and to deliver on-strategy and on-budget campaigns and initiatives.
Management of the lead generation and nurturing process for inbound lead scoring to full scope lead management to enhance lead to sales conversion rates
Response for the health and accuracy of the company's client database, cleanse, monitor and explore areas of opportunity to improve data to enhance the company's understanding of clients

CRM Analytics

Use the CRM platform's reporting capability to develop and cascade monthly and quarterly reports to monitor and improve the performance of the Ferrari North America organization and its retail partners.
Effectively measure the effectiveness and ROI of all Ferrari North America marketing campaigns
Ensure the deployment and integration of tracking across all digital properties

CRM Platform Development

Work as a liaison between Ferrari's retail partners, Ferrari North America's regional management team and the Ferrari's global CRM team to
o Map user requirements for the future development and evolution of the Ferrari's CRM platform.
o Maintain the project plan and lead the effort to ensure the timely implementation of key requirements

Educational/Training Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related experience

2+ years of CRM Administration, database administration, market research etc. direct CRM experience preferred.
Experience with HTML, Oracle CRM, Eloqua, Salesforce, Tableau etc. is desirable


Industry Experience:
Understanding of the automotive sales and service lifecycle desirable.

Technical Skills :
Broad understanding of business process, technology, requirements gathering
Experience with design, implementation, and support of CRM systems
Systems data integration experience a plus
Must be an advance level Excel user; experience with business intelligence and advanced analytical software packages a plus.
Superior analytical skills including an excellent grasp of CRM metrics and analytics
Experience in creating objects, validation rules, fields, workflows, approval processes, record types, escalation rules, assignment rules, email services, data migration activities, custom page layouts, custom fields, and other standard functionality
Extensive experience in creating roles, profiles, email services, page layouts, workflow alerts, approval processes, contacts, leads, opportunities, and dashboards

CRM specific skills
Demonstrable knowledge of email marketing and lead generation
Experience managing and optimizing multi-faceted, multi-channel customer journey CRM programs from strategy to design to production to delivery to reporting.
Create actionable documentation based on gathered business requirements
Assist with scoping and planning of various CRM related projects and initiatives
Strong verbal and communication skills
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving abilities and the ability to turn data into insights and deliver an actionable plan based on these insights.
Prior experience with project management, ensuring projects are carried through to execution with attention to detail and delivery within budget.
Ability to effectively build repoire with diverse global teams
Must have strong work ethic and integrity

Multi-tasking : Ability to handle multiple tasks at any one time and prioritize effectively
Accuracy : Ability to ensure information, facts, and figures are accurate and free from mistakes
Sense of Urgency : Ability to respond as needed within appropriate timeframe
Problem Solving : Analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems and seek support/help when needed

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to travel frequently (40-50%) domestically, with some international travel. Weekend travel as required.
