Job Description:
Schedule: 3:00pm to 11:30pm (Occasional Saturdays and overtime
eligibility) Stratas Foods LLC is the leading supplier of fats and
oils to the Foodservice, Food Ingredients and Retail Private Label
markets in North America and is a producer of quality bulk and
packaged dressings, mayonnaise and sauces. Stratas Foods was formed
in October 2008 as a 50/50 joint venture between ACH Food Companies
(ACH) and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). Manufacturing facilities
are located in Dallas and Houston, TX; Decatur and Quincy, IL;
Englewood, NJ; Fresno, CA; Nashville, TN; and Valdosta, GA.

meeting our business goals. Must have recent Forklift experience
The forklift operator will be driving electric powered industrial
truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift to push, pull,
lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials. This
operation is to be performed keeping safety as a primary objective
and following established GMP, Safety, Regulatory and Company
procedures and policies. Responsibilities: Move levers and press
pedals to drive truck and control movement of the lifting
apparatus. Position forks under loaded pallets, skids, boxes,
products, or materials and transport load to designated area.
Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting devices.
Follow GMP's and safety guidelines. Pick customer orders as
required. Inventory material on work floor, and supply workers with
materials as needed. Inspect trailers prior to loading and
unloading product. Document onto proper form. Load and unload
trucks and trailers. Load and unload materials onto or off of
pallets, skids or lifting devices. Inspect truck daily and fill out
operational checklists, recharge batteries....
