Background and Purpose of the Job The role will support leading and establishing a sustainable capability building and training program that ensures demand, supply, innovations, and business planning (S) skills are maintained to drive optimal business performance as a critical part of Planning Transformation.The Plan Capabilities Training Associate Manager will help institutionalize the North America Plan Business School designed to maximize impact to business results through innovative digital solutions to learning. NA Plan Business University develops planners to become leaders, who deliver results. An innovative, collaborative, and challenging learning community. The NA PBU provides education in planning excellence across these faculties:+ Sales and Operations Planning and Execution+ Demand Planning+ Master Production Scheduling+ Distribution Requirements Planning+ Materials Requirements Planning+ Category and Innovation Planning The scope of the role will include:+ Training and mentoring program to achieve 'license to operate' status quickly.+ Define individual and team learning journeys across the planning community.+ Sustains a learning culture, including a learning governance capability that ensures a return on the investment incurred in building the organisations capability.+ Establish a community of accredited and certified Subject Matter Experts (SME's).+ iOPS training administration.+ Establish and maintain relationship with other training programs such as 6-sigma, SC Mentoring program, future fit plans.+ Post-implementation of planning transformation, this role is responsible for leading steady state and training team to upskill and onboard new employees, ensure current teams are assessed and trained according to any gaps, and develop new training for new technologies and processes. Who You Are And What Will You Do You're a dot connector: You will engage and work with the Planning Community to drive delivery of a number of programs across planning sub-functions and work levels focused on people and learning. You're a teacher: Build foundation, socialization, and embedment of planning knowledge through innovative learning methodologies. You're a culture and change champion: You will develop new approaches towards learning to ensure maximum impact and user experience, linked to business results. Establish capability to monitor skill progression, developing future planning subject matter experts. What You'll Need To Succeed+ Bachelor's Degree in in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics or related fields.+ 3 + years work experience in supply chain and projects management with a clear competence in SC planning, analytics and technology .+ Experience with SAP APO, ECC, Kinaxis and APICS certification a plus.
