MISSION

just the right place for you! We re looking for a highly motivated
Operations Manager to join our growing team.
At SwagUp we are seeking individuals as Director of Warehousing in
the area of Supply Chain Operations under the guidance of the
executive leadership. This candidate must have a curious mindset to
solve business problems and tackle key challenges immediately. In
this role, you will lead, develop, and grow a high performing
warehouse and 3PL operation into a force to be reckoned with. You
will be tasked with auditing our current needs and identifying
fresh innovative ways to prepare us for hyper-growth. This is an
incredibly hands-on role where you will wear many hats to keep the
swag supply chain running smoothly!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with all supply chain operation teams, finance
team, sales teams under the guidance of the executive
leadership.
- Identify internal process issues to improve service and cost
reduction
- Optimize warehouse and distribution processes
- Ensure product supply meets customer demand through management
of inventory processesOwns order exceptions and ensures timely
delivery for urgent customer requests
- In-Charge with building and sustaining a positive culture of
safety, engagement and efficiency
- Oversees inventory control, order management, packing, QA,
picking and pre-pack operations
- Collaborates with sales and PO departments to ensure
availability of merchandise and establishes desired inventory
threshold to meet demand
- Ensure that all inventory is maintained and accurately reported
throughout the network
- Partner with side leaders to forecast labor needs and schedule
shifts coverage to meet demand
- Apply 5S/Process Excellence/Lean Methodology to increase
effectiveness
- Develop cost to serve database for each warehouse and
3PL
- Provide project management support for on-boarding additional
SwagUp warehouses and/or new 3PL partners
- Create and maintain SOPs
- Create RFI, RFP and RFQ s
- Perform ROI, P&L, & operational analysis
- Assist with the development of new processes while providing
insight and feedback to help move the company forward.
- Work cross functionally with other departments in order to
assist with achieving company goals.

- Bring a teacher mentality to our team, and look to push our
team into the right direction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or master s degree in Supply Chain
Management, warehousing, fulfillment, economics, business
administration, project management, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience or technical background of WMS
- Knowledge of ERP and TMS is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an industry related field
- Experience in creating data, analyzing metrics and data driven
decision-making
- Proven ability to design and execute a supply chain
strategy
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Up to 10% travel required
- Curious mindset with being proactive, and strong analytical and
organizational skills.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
needed.
- Manage carriers and vendors with expected timelines and
proposal managements.
- Work and create strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders.
- Ability to discuss and execute ROIs and business
proposals
- A strong decision maker, with demonstrated success of making
timely and informed decisions that keep the organization moving
forward
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Result oriented individual who will be driving below and not
limited to KPIs:
- Six Sigma and/or Kaizen Projects
- Inventory Accuracy and Location Accuracy % at or above industry
standards
- Drive QA standards via implementation of KPIs and SOPs
- Weighted Cost per Unit
- All-in Cost per Unit
- Service Fill Rate percentage
- Safety Initiatives
- RFP and execution of WMS, 3PL and additional
warehouses
- Strategic Savings via long term projects and vertical
integrations
- Ability and desire to stay ahead of the curve by finding new
ways to enhance the customer experience
- Be curious minded individual who solves business problems by
tackling key challenges immediately
- Work closely with HR and Other Leadership on developing and
growing your team and scope
- Finding new ways to keep customer satisfaction high when
shipments are delayed or running behind schedule
- Shown success in making timely and informed decisions that keep
the organization moving forward

Annual Compensation: $140,000-$165,000. This is an on-site job,
working from our Piscataway, NJ Warehouse.
