Job Description:
The Contractor Sales Tools and Collateral Specialist will be
responsible for supporting the ongoing development, execution and
maintenance of sales tools and collateral that support the
Professional Contractor Segment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of contractor sales tools and collateral
including managing timelines and tasks, MCode creation and
maintenance, and create Purchase Requisitions and receive invoices
in SAP.
* Partner with Procurement on collateral production coordination:
create scope of work, review quotes and manage spend within
budget
* Manage Orderfront site with planning partners to ensure inventory
is current and in stock in North American warehouses and
distribution centers.
* Support the development of communications that provide
directional use and/or alerts of new, discontinued or low inventory
tools inclusive of all end user audiences.
Required Knowledge & Desired Skills
* Four-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Project
Management or equivalent business experience
* Basic knowledge of marketing collateral or point of purchase
development and project management
* Detail oriented with strong organization skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to
work well collaboratively with internal and external
stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with adherence to deadlines;
flexible to shifting priorities due to business needs or change in
prioritization
* Highly motivated and high initiative
* Proficient operating skills of Microsoft Office including
Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
* Ability to travel 10% of the time
